The abandon docks

There was like two other people here when i took this photo. I was looking for St Kilda Beach. Instead i found an abandoned mall and promenade. Wtf? there was a statue of John Farhnam. Why? i have no clue? Is it a reference to his frequent retirements? That the docks are retired? Its probably the only place the council would allow a statue of John Farnham. So that nobody sees it.
